Privacy policy.

What you give us. Your email address, the airports and destinations you choose, and your answers to the short travel questionnaire (how often you fly, who travels with you, how far ahead you book, trip length, trip types).

Payment. Premium payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us your subscription status, plan and renewal date so we can turn your membership on and off.

Usage. Which pages you visit, which steps of the signup you complete, and whether you open our emails. We use PostHog for this. It sets a cookie so we can tell that two visits came from the same browser, and links them to your email once you sign in.

• To send you flight deal emails matched to your airports and destinations (Premium), and account emails such as sign-in links.
• To send free-account members occasional updates and offers about FlyFromBoston. You can unsubscribe from these at any time; account and billing emails still arrive while you have an account.
• To run the service: sign-in, billing, support, and fixing problems.
• To understand where people get stuck in signup and which deals matter, so we can improve the product.

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Resend — delivering our emails.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• beehiiv — our free newsletter list.
• Cloudflare — DNS and serving images.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of FlyFromBoston and its members.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie from PostHog for analytics, and a short-lived cookie when you open a “manage preferences” link from one of our emails. We don’t use advertising cookies.

While you have an account, and for a short period afterwards to handle refunds, disputes and legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again by mistake.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any email, or from your account page.
• Change your airports and destinations any time from your account page.
• Cancel Premium from your account page under “Manage billing”.
• Delete your account and data by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. We’ll confirm within a few days.

FlyFromBoston is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
