Terms of service.

FlyFromBoston finds unusually low airfares from Boston Logan, Providence and Manchester and emails them to members. We’re an information service. We don’t sell tickets. You book directly with the airline or travel site, and their terms apply to your booking.

Airfares change constantly and without notice. A fare we email may be gone by the time you look, may have different rules than described, or may not be available on your preferred dates. We check each deal before sending it, but we can’t guarantee availability, price or accuracy.

• You need a valid email address. We sign you in with a one-time link; there is no password, so keep your inbox secure.
• One account per person. Don’t share your Premium emails or account with people who aren’t members.
• You must be 18 or older.

A free account saves your travel preferences. Free members receive occasional updates and offers from FlyFromBoston, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Flight deal emails are part of Premium.

Trial. New members get a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel from your account page before it ends at no cost.

Price. When the trial ends, your first year is $39. After that, membership renews automatically at $99 per year (the regular price) until you cancel. We’ll email you before each renewal.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account page under “Manage billing”. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds. Because the trial lets you try Premium in full before paying, payments are generally non-refundable once made. If something went wrong, email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Price changes. If we change the renewal price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you live.

By creating an account you agree to receive emails from us as described in our privacy policy. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Account and billing emails (sign-in links, receipts, renewal reminders) continue while you have an account.

Don’t scrape, resell or redistribute our deals or emails, use automated tools against the service, or interfere with it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that a particular fare will be available, that you’ll save a particular amount, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FlyFromBoston is not liable for any loss arising from a booking you make, a fare that changed, or your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
